General Shipping:
- Orders typically take 1 to 5 business days to fulfill, except during holidays, launches, or high-volume periods. In those events, it may take an additional 5 - 10 business days for fulfillment.
- Please read individual product descriptions before emailing customer service, as your item may have a longer wait time listed and Toons Mart will refer you to this description in response.
- Orders are not fulfilled over weekends, only during business days.
- Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping transit time.
- Shipping transit times vary based on your address.
- Once your order has been fulfilled at our warehouse, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Keep an eye on when the shipping carrier scans you order in to begin the shipping process.
- Items labeled 'PRE-SALE' or ‘PRE-ORDER’ or ‘MADE TO ORDER’ have different shipping times. They are fulfilled in the order they were received after production and receipt in the warehouse. These orders may and are likely to be delayed.

Domestic Shipping:
- Domestic orders (within the US) are shipped using UPS Ground and USPS Ground Advantage.
- These packages typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days after they are received by the shipping carrier, depending on your address.
- Any delays due to weather or other factors will be updated on UPS.COM and USPS.COM
- Domestic orders are not insured.
- Please wait for TWO weeks after your order has been shipping before contacting customer service about lost packages. If reported earlier, we will be waiting a full two weeks regardless to see if the status of your package has changed, as it sometimes does.
- You must report lost packages within 2 months of UPS and USPS acceptance.
International Shipping:
- International orders are shipped using GlobalPost Standard.
- These orders may take 3 - 10 WEEKS to arrive, sometimes longer depending on customs in the country of origin.
- After leaving the United States, your order is handled by the local postal service in your country.
- For tracking and status inquiries after leaving the United States, contact your local postal service, listed with your GlobalPost tracking information under “Final Mile Tracking”
- Some countries require customs fees for purchases made outside the country. Toons Mart is not responsible for these fees.
- Failure to pay customs fees may result in your order being rejected and returned to our warehouse. These are non-refundable.
- Wait for 10 weeks after shipping before reporting a lost package, as international packages often arrive within this timeframe.
- Report lost packages within SIX months of GlobalPost acceptance.

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the receiving country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the customer. Mister Cartoon Shop is not liable for any import duties.
